Plastic is everywhere. According to OECD, the amount of plastic waste is expected to triple by 2060. Can we expect to fully replace plastic containers with alternative materials any time soon? Probably not. Are we able to entirely change the way we recycle and reuse plastic? Absolutely. Landfilling and incinerating must be replaced by efficient recycling into new plastics or green fuels.
